16 june: stockholm
Elli was unfortunately sick but I met my friend Ulla who works at the royal dramatic theater!
I visited beyond retro (actually for the first time)and OMG CAN I MOVE IN?!
Back on the airport I met a Japanese guy who also was on his way to MetalTown. He had went alone all the way from Osaka! He was really cool! :D
In Gothenburg I met up with my lovely friend Linzie and we went to her friend Larry too sleep!
17 june: MetalTown
Breakfast was watermelon on the floor in a shopping mall... XD Then I said goodbye to Linzie and headed to the festival. On the way there I made friends with two girls who also had been at UppCon11. I came too late to se Escape the Fate but honestly I don't mind. I haven't listened to them since their previous vocalist left. I met up with Hanna and Sonny, did not however see my cousins anywhere.

I met a adorable girl whos name I can't remember. It wasn't Cicci... XD
System of a Down were.. I have no words. Amazing. We were pretty close to the stage but I since that mad concert-pushing started THREE HOURS before the actual concert I left for a more peacful lookout point. Some 200 metres from the stage the ground were still swaying. ♥ a random girl and I grabbed hands and jumped and sang together!
I got a ride home by some wonderful girls who had a tent where they sold synthetic dreads. (I bought 4 candy dreads ♥)
18 - 22 juni
At Lovisas place 8D Right before I arrived she text me and said that she caught a cold but she promised she wouldn't pass it on to me... That didn't go so well...
We watched tons of movies ♥ Amadeus, Tangled, Donnie Darko, Sound of music, Phantom of the opera, Sweeney Todd, Shrek 4, the little mermaid and a really crappy version of beauty and the beast. XD
22 - 24 juni
Short stop in Sundsvall. I bought "pride and prejudice and zombiez" and I love it! Haha, a must-read!

10 june - graduation
Now the tree years at upper secondary school are finished!
Graduation time! :D
Champagne breakfast with my classmates!

Many relatives came to celebrate!
Almost all cousins gatherd, six out of eight ♥
Then there was grandma, my three uncles and so on!
It was absolutely wonderful to meet them all!

10:00 lolita meet-up! :D
I think we ended up 10 lolitas. (not at all as many as there were at uppcon, but I guess it was a bit early for some n_n)
We went to buy ice cream at a café by the river!
I bought two scoops, melon and candy cane. My favourites ♥
When we got back we found that they had started selling cotton candy outside the convention area! Omg, instant buy! :D
One of the really few things I bought at uppcon was a Gloomy plush. (Gloomy is a man eating pink bear) Haha, the salesmen ran all over the place trying to find one that I liked XD
He is really cuddly ♥

18:00 Cosplay.

UppCon day 1
I went alone to the queue to hold a place for my traveling companions Maria and her friend,
but as soon as I got sight of the queue I got attacked by some lovely girls that offered me to go stand with them. Unfortunately Maria and her friend did not manage to arrive in time to stand in line with us.
As soon as I entered the convention and had found my friend Lovisa we got interviewed for channel 4.

The opening in the big hall at 16.00 was absolutely tremendous!
We got to meet the japanese ambassador and his wife.
Then it was dance preformances (including snsds oh dance and caramelldansen)
In the end we all stood up and sang a somewhat unusual version of the Swedish national anthem... XD
18.00 meant time for the big concert!
I was looking foreward to the opening act Seremedy since my friends brother plays the guitar.
(It's him to the right)
Then: Versailles
I got at the front of the audience, right in front of Hizaki (again the one to the right) Haha, he and the singer came forward and ruffeled about my hair! XD
Afterwords they signed autographs, me and Lovisa went to talk to some friends far ahead in the line
and all of a sudden the guards began to beckon us forward, we were like "but we-" "come on!" they shouted "otherwise you block the queue!"
So Lovisa and I walked up to them while searching our bags for something they could sign.
I ended up with my mobile case and Lovisa with a receipt.
Haha! Wonderful!
